Early 18th Century Dark Oak Mule Chest Coffer Georgian

Large early 18th century dark oak mule chest. This antique oak mule chest has a two panelled hinged lid that opens to reveal a spacious interior. Features a four panel front with two drawers below - one of which doesn’t quite close properly (see photos). Raised on stile feet. Lovely colour and grain throughout. General age related wear. A second pair of hinges have been later added to the back to reinforce lid. No key.
