Antique Victorian sweetheart locket with blue enamel and seed pearls

Antique Victorian sweetheart locket with blue enamel and seed pearls. The front and back of the locket are unmarked but test as 14ct carat gold.  The back of the locket is engraved with a foliage design and has a small cartouche which was intended for engraving, however it has not been used. 
Lockets such as this were often given as sweetheart presents for keeping locks of hair which was common practise during the Victorian era.
The Locket comes with nice Gold Plated 
16” chain.
